Seattle Institute of Oriental Medicine is authorized by the Washington Higher Education Coordination Board (HECB) and meets the requirements and minimum educational standards established for degree-granting institutions under the Degree Authorization Act.  This authorization is valid until August 15, 2009, and authorizes Seattle Institute of Oriental Medicine to offer the following program:  Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.   Any person desiring information about the requirements of the Act or the applicability of those requirements to the institution may contact the HECB office at P.O.
